If you contact us or register for a course, we may collect:

• Your email address
   
• Information you choose to include in your message
   

We do not ask for or store detailed health information.

How we use your information:

We only use your details to:

• Reply to your enquiries
   
• Register you for courses you request
   
• Send updates if you have asked to receive them
   

We will never sell or swap your data.

How long we keep your data:

• Enquiry emails: up to 12 months
   
• Course registration details: up to 2 years
   
• Mailing lists: until you unsubscribe
   

After this, we securely delete your details.

You have the right to:

• Ask to see the information we hold about you
   
• Ask us to correct or delete your details
   
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from emails)
